TAX-FREE IMPORT

All orders are Import Tax-free. We ship EU & worldwide packages with prepaid import tax. You do not have to pay any import tax for our packages.

Exceptions:

Please note that there are some exceptions because our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to all addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package, therefore, please put your address with details on the street number/building number if you have one.
Please also note that our carriers can't commit for a specific shipping times therefore sometimes the shipping times can be delayed the usual.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses if you are in the United States and choose Express Shipping; however, you could ship to P.O. Box addresses if you choose Standard Shipping instead.
  • We can't ship to non-continental Europe, usually refer to the islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries (not all).
  • The shipping fee and shipping time might differ between contiguous United States and other Insular area (e.g., Puerto Rico).
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.


Customs Duties:

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.
Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Shopcider cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
